Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Dr. Anas Alsolami, who operates Mustaed. By creating an account you accept them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Mustaed is a free service, currently in a pilot, that helps healthcare practitioners track practical certifications such as BLS and ACLS, receive renewal reminders, produce a credentialing file, find training centres and send session requests. There is no charge and no payment is taken.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

3. Your information is yours to keep accurate

Certificates, dates and documents are entered by you. Mustaed does not verify them with the issuing body. The credentialing file says so on every page, and your employer should verify originals. Upload only your own certificates.

4. Reminders are a help, not a guarantee

We aim to send reminders on time, but emails can be delayed, filtered as spam or fail. You remain responsible for renewing your certificates before they expire.

5. Training centres

Training centres are independent. Their details, courses and prices are provided by them or taken from public sources and may be out of date. A session request is not a confirmed place until the centre confirms it, and any course, payment or refund is between you and the centre. Mustaed does not take payments.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no false information, no uploading other people's documents, no attempts to access other accounts or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Not medical, legal or regulatory advice

Information in the app, including certificate validity periods, is general and may not match your employer's or a regulator's requirements. Check with your employer or the relevant authority.

8. Changes and availability

The service is provided as it is during the pilot. We may change or pause features. We will tell you before a change to these terms that affects you.

9. Law and contact
